Lisa Wagner brings over 35 years of global outlet industry experience to TORG, with a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing outlet platforms across established and emerging markets. She has led the development, positioning, and marketing of more than 50 outlet centers worldwide, working closely with institutional investors, developers, and brand partners to deliver long-term value.

She began her career in 1988 as Vice President and Director of Marketing at McArthur Glen Group, where she was a partner is the development and management of twenty two outlet centers across the US and played a key role in its landmark 1994 IPO—one of the first public offerings in the outlet sector. In the early 1990’s, she  helped guide the company’s European expansion, starting with openings in the UK and France.  Her work established a foundation in outlet center development discipline, operational excellence, and cross-border platforms.

In the late 1990s into 2000s, as a founding partner of Outlet Centres International, a London-based operating partner of Lehman Brothers, Lisa led market entry and first-mover development in Scotland, Sweden, and Germany, defining the outlet industry in markets where the sector was just emerging.

The formation of TORG represents the integration of Lisa’s global outlet development experience with a disciplined, investor-focused approach to platform building.  Her work emphasizes aligning capital partners, development companies, and international brands around shared performance objectives while adapting global best practices to local market conditions.

As Founder and Principal of TORG, Lisa leads capital relationships, strategic partnerships, and international expansion initiatives. She works closely with institutional investors, family offices, and development partners to structure joint ventures, launch new platforms, and scale portfolios across multiple geographies. Lisa is a frequent speaker at global industry forums.
