CHICAGO (March 10, 2021) – The Outlet Resource Group is pleased to announce four new deals totaling over 26,000 square feet have been signed including the first Adidas location in the state of Oklahoma. 

“TORG is pleased to announce 5 new signed leases at our Outlet Centers,” said partner David Hinkle.  “These new tenants represent both popular national retailers and local entrepreneurs that continue to enhance the outlet experience for both local residents and tourists that visit our centers every day.”  Hinkle also stated, “The strength of the outlet center industry as we begin to emerge from COVID has been a key factory in retailers continuing to look to our centers to grow their businesses.” 

The new retailers setting up shop at TORG Outlet Centers include:

The first to the market adidas Outlet Store will be joining the impressive lineup of retailers at OKC Outlets in a 10,611 square foot space.  The new location for the athletic brand will feature premium lifestyle sports apparel, footwear and accessories designed by the beloved global brand.  The new outlet store is anticipating opening this coming fall at OKC Outlets.  

A new boutique fitness center called Point Break Fitness opened an 8,100 square foot location on March 6^th at Lincoln City Outlets.  The new facility is the creation of local fitness trainer Tracey Taylor and features free weights, cardio equipment and will offer personal training.  The gym offers flexible memberships and day passes for visiting guests.

Ski and adventure guests in Utah will find tasty treats at Outlets Park City as the center will welcome Tina’s Bakery this Spring.  This new 2,036 square foot bakery and sit-down restaurant will feature homemade artisan baked goods, empanadas, quiches, cakes, pies and more.  The baking duo of Valentina Udabe and Apostina Awarez will be the master chiefs bringing their international influence and Argentinas culture to this new bakery.  

Outlets Nags Head will welcome two new specialty retailers this spring.  National value-priced literature retailer, Book Warehouse, will be opening a 3,245 square foot location.    Spice up your cooking with Pepper Palace in their new 2,065 square foot location at Outlets Nags Head that feature custom-made sauces, seasonings and rubs.
