TORG Selected By Wilmorite In Conversion Of The Marketplace Mall to Marketplace Outlets

On June 1, 2016, Rochester, NY-based Wilmorite announced that it will convert The Marketplace Mall to Marketplace Outlets. Wilmorite appointed TORG to conduct a feasibility assessment related to the potential conversion and will continue to partner with TORG on the leasing and marketing as the project moves forward.
The conversion will be a first-of-its-kind full conversion of an enclosed regional mall to an outlet center and will fill a void in the Rochester market for outlet and value retail.
