Special Beam Raising Ceremony Scheduled for April 14th to Commemorate Celebration Pointe Construction Progress

March 31, 2016 – The Outlet Resource Group’s (TORG) marketing team is working closely with the Celebration Pointe development team and Bass Pro Shops to coordinate a special beam raising ceremony on April 14th. The ceremony will celebrate the 100,000 square foot Bass Pro Shops (opening in November), which will anchor Celebration Pointe, a mixed-use destination in Gainesville, Florida. In addition, the beam raising will celebrate the 60,000 square foot headquarters of Info Tech, the world’s fastest growing information technology research and advisory company.

The beam raising ceremony will represent a new and exciting chapter for the Celebration Pointe project, which will offer residents as well as visitors more options for shopping, living, working and traveling.

Also being celebrated is the five-lane, $12 million bridge that will span Interstate 75 provide Celebration Pointe with a second major access point. The bridge will connect other major arterials leading to and from significant points of interest in Gainesville.

TORG is responsible for all marketing aspects of the Celebration Pointe development as well as the leasing of 200,000 square feet of retail space designated for outlets.
