TORG announces 4 new restaurants/eateries coming soon.

CHICAGO, IL – The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) announces that it has signed leases for 4 new restaurants/eateries to its USA outlet portfolio.  The new food options will comprise of over 12,000 square feet dedicated to food options, of which most of the space was formerly used for apparel retailers.  

TORG Principal David Hinkle remarks, “We have been working diligently with national and local operators to diversify the offerings at our centers to bring more food offerings.  I’m very pleased with today’s announcement that we will be adding food options to our centers in Oregon, Utah and Oklahoma.”

The 4 new restaurateurs that will be opening soon include:

• Gilgamesh Brewing, Opening at Lincoln City Outlets:   After years of home-brewing beer, the Radtke brothers and their father decided to turn their shared hobby into a family business in Oregon.  The family took home the people’s choice award for their flagship ale Mamba at three consecutive Oregon beer festivals and then made the leap into founding Gilgamesh Brewing.  The Radtke family will open their fourth location at Lincoln City Outlets, along the Oregon coast, in a 6,543 square foot space in late summer.  Learn more at www.gilgameshbrewing.com.

• Outlets Park City will open two (2) new quick service restaurants later this year.  The new locations will be the first time either business has operated in the resort area of Park City, UT.

• Chipotle Mexican Grill is making their first entrance into the Summit County in a 2,565 square foot space near Lucky Brand Jeans.  Known around the world as a leader in the quick service restaurant industry with over 3,200 restaurants serving responsibly sourced, classically-cooked Mexican food with wholesome ingredients.  Learn more about Chipotle at www.chipotle.com.

• Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening an 1,840 square foot franchise location at Outlets Park City this fall next to Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store.  The authentic sub shop that fresh slices it’s premium quality meats and cheese as you order a cold or hot sub.
